Sounds of The Cup
Is it just me, or is there a distinct music flavour to this year's Melbourne Cup? It never fails to bemuse just how many 'experts' come out of the woodwork when it comes to the race that stops a nation (me included, of course), but I suppose that's what makes it so special.
I only went through the starting list of horses last night, and thought I'd have a go at coming up with a mini-soundtrack to the magnificent race. Feel free to add to any of this...
